Wow Im browsing through here and see a lot of SSL Problems and issuses. Everyone post them here. Cause I notice this section is getting filled with various ssl problems which are valid and confirmed problems that werent here with cpanel 10.

Post your issuses in this post and fixes if anyones resolved them I can assure you upgrading from 10 to 11 breaks the cert. BEWARE

Prime Example https://www.mydomain.com/cpanel opened in firfox bring up the cert box
Unable to verify the identity of www.mydomain.com as a trusted site
-your browser does not recongnize the Certificate Authority that issued the sites certificate
-The sites certificate is incomplete due to a server misconfiguration
-You are connected to a site pretending to be www.mydomain.com, possibly to obtain confidential information

    Ok I press examine cerificate
    Issued to (CN) www.mydomain.com
    Organizattion (o) www.mydomain.com
Organizational Unit (OU) Domain Control Validated
    Validity Issued 6/13/2007
    Expires on 5/24/2008

Somethings up here It didnt happen till 11
Something needs altered somewhere this is a freshly installed server Updated by Cpanel staff I May Add. Cert was installed and verified correctly

You might check thru the entire Tweak Settings section of your WHM and make sure you've configured your new server properly.

    :)

I submitted a ticket and they fixed mine by

    made /var/cpanel/ssl/cpanel/cpanel-CN an
empty file (it had the server's hostname in it before). I also added the CA
bundle to the cabundle used in apache, which was previously just the cert for
    the domain again.

You might try submitting a ticket I dont think they realize all certs are breaking on upgrades ive seen on many servers now.

Something with cpanel 10 to 11 upgrades is creating problems with certs

especially when it comes to https://domain1.com/whm

Its done it on every server Ive seen It first started when i used ie7 open with firefox it will try to pull a cert for the hostname and not the domain that has the cert

I had another domain on a cert and now when you try https://domain2/cpanel it pulls up domain1's cerrt

In my opinion something is wrong with the cert system in cpanel 11 Im going to have to remove the cert for domain 2 and try to add it but who knows whats going to happen
