    Yes certainly it's

    Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to shopstore24.com.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

    (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

    Thanks
    John

"SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length" usually means that its using the wrong port.

Make sure that https is set to use port 443.

Check in ssl.conf for the line "Listen 443"

Once you have checked what Legin76 has suggested above and if the issue persists then try reinstalling the SSL certificate. I am assuming that the domain(on which SSL is being installed) is already on a dedicated IP.

One possible cause for the error is if there is no SSL certificate installed on the domain. If the account moved from one host to another, it is possible that the SSL certificate must be reinstalled; your hosting service provider usually can do this for you.

As was mentioned by InstaCarma_Tech, the account must be on a dedicated IP address prior to having the SSL certificate installed or re-installed.
