If I want to change the IP address of a site with an SSL, does the SSL move with the domain or do we have to buy a new one?

The cert will work without needing to buy a new one, but you may need to reinstall it after changing the site's IP. My own understanding is that changing a site IP should change the SSL IP (in httpd.conf) but I haven't doublechecked.
