SSL question, please help

Hello,

There is a client generated CSR and Private key and got SSL certificate from SSL vendor.
Before he install on server he regenerated CSR again, private key is overwritten by newone.
How do we install now?, Does he has to get certificate again?, he has to pay again?

please help.

Any time you generate a new certificate an email is sent with the private key. If you still have that, then you can edit the key file in /usr/share/ssl/private/www.domain.com.key and put the key back in there. You should then be able to add the certificate as normal through WHM.
