    Trophy Points:

    I'm having a fair bit of trouble getting a SSL certificate installed on one of my websites. As per standard practise I generated a private key on the cPanel box, generated a CSR, sent them off to a certificate authority, recieved the certificate back.

    When attempting to install the certificate I get the following error;

    Install/Update A SSL Host
    Your SSL certificate failed to install on your site.
    Error from ssl wrapper: You must use an IP address that is on the server. is not bound.

    The IP address listed is for the main site even though I have configured and am trying to set everything up for

    From my understanding a site needs to have a dedicated IP per SSL certificate (which this does) and SSL certificates should not be bound to specific IPs?

    Any ideas?
