SSL Storage Manager Not Updating

I'm trying to update SSL Storage Manager to reflect all of the currently installed certificates.
The CSR appears for the domain in storage manager but not the Key or Cert, although the certificate is installed and working correctly. I rebuilt the SSL DB using
/scripts/rebuildinstalledssldb which appears to have been successful, but the cert and key still do not appear even after restarting Apache. What am I missing?
