Hello,

No, it won't automatically create the certificates that you remove. It's generally a good idea to refrain from deleting any certificate files unless it's causing a specific issue you want to fix.

Hello,

Yes, in some cases (e.g. generating a new hostname SSL certificate) the data may appear again, but that's not always the case, and the data isn't always generated right away.
