Using SSL/TLS only allows you to send mails with authentication in your mail client and it can't stop viruses on your desktop from sending mails.

I would suggest clearing the viruses on your local machine using a good anti-virus. Please install a good anti-virus and install it on your system to clear viruses.

The problem is that this viruses is not im My desktop, it´s on my client´s desktop, and is difficult to prevent their computer to don´t get virus, so i would like a way to not send email with virus content from my clients, but this is very difficult.
