Here's a summary of the response sent to the support ticket:

The reason that cPanel >> SSL/TLS Status was not working for the 'username' account is because the files in /var/cpanel/userdata/username/ were referencing domains that do not currently exist on the server.

I backed up the /var/cpanel/userdata/username/ directory, and then manually removed the bad domains from the following files:

/var/cpanel/userdata/username/domain.tld
/var/cpanel/userdata/username/domain.tld_SSL

cPanel >> SSL/TLS Status now lists the domains.
Feel free to reply to the support ticket if you have additional questions or notice further issues, and I'll update this thread with the outcome.
