Is this for a single site, or for the server and its programs? What kind of ssl did you get, wildcard, subdomain, or just for one domain name?

Are you on a dedicated server ? If yes, then check whether you have the option SSL/TLS in your WHM. In there, you will have the option to install the SSL. Just put in the 'crt' ,'key' and ca bundle(optional) and you should be all good.
If you are on a shared server then you will have to contact your web-host and get them to install the certificate
