SSL Troubles

Hi, I have installed the SSL certificates in cpanel under the modssl tab and it appears that they installed ok, but when I go to https://www.linuxdisks.co.uk it displays a page cannot be found error. The secure documents are in the same folder as the regular documents (as my host specified). I have contacted my host and they don't really know whats wrong/could be wrong. If anyone has any ideas please reply to this post.

You really need root to easily diagnose the problem, the host needs to check if it was setup in the httpd.conf.
