SSL/TSL Manager - Shared IP

Hi all,
please can anyone help out? I just obtained an SSL certificate but I have not been able to activate on my site. I use Cpanel 11 but SSL/TSL manager is not shown on my Cpanel under "security". I see a shared IP on my cpanel. Please what can I do to get the SSL certificate activated?

An SSL certificate normally requires a dedicated IP address. The one exception would be with SNI, which only works on CentOS 6. Either way, you will need to talk to your hosting provider about this.
