SSL upload error

    I have cpanel 11.32.2 build 28
    and when i goto SSL/TLS

    i have created my private key and my CSR
    i then got my crt of globalsign

    When i upload the .crt i get the following error
    Installed Certificates for the domain(s): Unable to determine host for certificate! Unknown Error No valid certificate provided

    this is the 2nd certificate it has done it with?

    Any help would be great

    Thanks for that but i have ssl/tsl manager not the whm on my cpanel

    If you are still unable to install the certificate, please contact your hosting provider if you do not have WHM access. Please provide the certificate to them and ask if they can try to install it in WHM. If it doesn't work there, they should be able to further troubleshoot why.

    I have the same error in cPanel and an even more user-friendly error in WHM...

    "SSL install aborted due to error: ok"

    Is that supposed to be an error message or a one-line joke?

    If I install through cPanel, I get an even better error after clicking Submit...

    "Ok"

    Why even bother...?
