Apparently, cPanel/WHM has a bug and all SSL-enabled domains generate an [domain]-ssl_data_log file under /etc/httpd/domlogs/. These files are never rotated and they fill your harddrive space rather quickly on a busy server.

There is a bugzilla bug open for this here: http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=5233

The solution is to edit your apache template "ssldefault" and remove the SSLLogFile line, then do the same for all your SSL-enabled domains in httpd.conf.
