By "Secure SMTP" are you talking about SMTP over SSL (and the same thing with POP3)? This functionality is built into cPanel/WHM. You can set up your SSL certificates in WHM -> Service Configuration -> Manage Service SSL Certificates.

The ports that are used for this can be found at: http://www.cpanel.net/security/firewalls.html

Hello,

Thank you for the reply David, Can the certificate which is being used for the apache, be used for SMTP ? or do we need a different certificate ? And Can we setup the SSMTP per server or per domain basis ?

Also one more thing Can we confgure the existing working Exim to work with MySQL, If yes ? can you help me, how can I do that ?

Certificates for services like Exim can be done on a per-domain basis. You should even be able to pull the SSL certificate you set for a domain for the Exim service for that domain if you're using one of our later builds (just noticed that functionality myself, I know many people were asking for it a few months ago).

Exim working with MySQL? What, precisely, do you mean by this?
