Starting cPanel ssl services:[FAILED]

Hello

While restarting the Cpanel service we are getting the following error.

Starting cPanel ssl services: [FAILED]

And according to the /var/log/messages shown below it shows startstunnel failed

Tried to stop xinetd service and restart cpanel service but that didn't work out.. Any ideas if anybody came across this problem please help ..
