I am currently trying to have start up scripts run several tomcat instances on my cPanel. However when I tested it, the scripts don't run. I have the scripts located in /etc/rc.d/rc3.d and the ones I wish to run are the following:

    S71tomcat-"clientname"
    S72tomcat-"clientname"
    S73tomcat-"clientname"
    S74tomcat-"clientname"
    S75tomcat-"clientname"

I was also trying to find the boot script log but when I checked /var/log/boot.log it was empty. Please help me resolve this issue to get the scripts running on startup and if you can tell me where the boot log would be. The fact that the script is tomcat has nothing to do with the issue. The problem is not tomcat. The problem is that the server is not running the scripts. Please help.
