    I have the same issue, WHM is reporting that all is well and that stats are running each night yet suddenly February is reporting stats of 0 for everyone.

    #!/bin/bash
    for name in `ls /home`
    do
    /usr/local/cpanel/cpanellogd $name 2>&1 /dev/null
    done

    setup this to be executed as a cron job. I hope this will help you.

    I have 2 other servers that have the exact problem in the last week....both are logging ok and updating but are all of the sudden way behind in processing without any major increase in bandwidth

    Hello,

    I've fixed the problem in all my servers, cPanel tech helped me to find the proble.

    The problem is in the log of mod security, who have reached the max (2GB)

    Check if you have any log file exceding the 2 GB, and remove or rotate it ;)

    Good luck

    I had the same problem, reinstalling Perl fixed this for me. It will be either this or your logs as already mentioned.

    Try either just restarting cPanel or running /scripts/upcp --force to rebuild the RRD module, or search on the forums a bit further for other solutions to rebuilding the RRDtools.
