    we often get this message, please, can you tell me what can it be?
    what must we check first?

    These emails are the result of cpuwatch script...resides in /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ and /usr/local/cpanel/src/wrap/ .....it checks for cpuload....

    Solution : As stated in warning email :

    load average: 7.54, 7.82, 9.00
    As your server is facing high load problem...you need to find root cause of such a high load....analyze the output of top...and check for the processes taking much cpu resources...if you just want to stop these emails than edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus variable to some higher number i.e. 5 or something like that...
