    Hi,

I am facing issues with statistics update for all cpanel users. I tried running /scripts/runstatsonce, and could find the below given processes @ server:

    ------------
    [root@XXX domlogs]# ps aux | grep logs
    root 18970 0.0 0.0 23992 2560 pts/2 SN 09:41 0:00 cpanellogd - waiting for child to process logs
    root 19025 15.8 0.0 105864 14160 pts/2 RN 09:41 0:08 cpanellogd - waiting for child to process logs
    root 20712 0.0 0.0 61264 764 pts/2 SN+ 09:42 0:00 grep logs
    ------------

    [root@XXX domlogs]# ps aux | grep logs
    root 18970 0.0 0.0 23992 2560 pts/2 SN 09:41 0:00 cpanellogd - waiting for child to process logs
    root 19025 14.9 0.0 112004 20136 pts/2 DN 09:41 3:06 cpanellogd - scanning logs
    root 26185 0.0 0.0 61264 768 pts/2 SN+ 10:02 0:00 grep logs
    ------------

Does this means that statistics is running for all accounts??

If not what is the best way to run statistics for all the accounts in server?

    Regards,
    Sou

    Hello Sou,

It does mean stats are currently running on the machine. If a specific user's stats need to be checked for any errors when running the logs, then you could run this command:

    Code:
    /scripts/runweblogs username
Please replace username with the cPanel username.

    Thanks!
