The server stopped generating statistics from 5 days, I have tried to generate statistics from command line using /scripts/runweblogs <username> but im getting the below errors:

How to solve this issue?

Hello,

You can try removing the "/var/cpanel/bandwidth.lock" file and then processing the statistics again to see if that helps.

I've same problem but there isn't /var/cpanel/bandwidth.lock file at my server.
Hello,

Are you sure you notice the same output when manually running the "/scripts/runweblogs username" command? Or, are you simply noticing that statistics are not processing?
