    Hi,

Running VPS with WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.6-R27698
We restored several accounts from another server, some have been renamed afterwards (linked to another domain).

Stats are not running for almost 3 weeks now. Updating stats by hand does work, and everything is up-to-date after a manual update.
Strange thing is that stats processing is not running automatically again.

Take a look at this one:
    account1 Stats Last Processed at:
Sun Nov 9 13:21:49 2008 Bandwidth Last Processed at:
Mon Nov 10 07:43:04 2008 Stats Processing is Behind 27216.53 minutes
(And I just did a manual update, via Statistics Software Configuration in WHM, also did a manual update yesterday.)

This one is the only account that has the stats working on the server, but the dates do not match:
    account7 Stats Last Processed at:
Thu Jan 1 01:00:00 1970 Bandwidth Last Processed at:
Thu Jan 1 01:00:00 1970 Stats Processing is Behind 0.00 minutes

Another thing is that under Statistics Software Configuration
Under "Show which users are behind" nothing is updated, not even after manual updating all stats, the lists statys the same, even 30 hours after the manual update.

Any idea what is happening here?

    Regards,
    Gg.

    Hey

Try to run the following script using SSH and let me know result:
    /scripts/runweblogs username
It should generate stats for selected username

Feel welcome to let our technical analysts take a look at your server.

    Try running

    /scripts/statsrunonce

That solved the issue for me
