Stats keep falling back

Hi guys,

Every month, server's stats will stop all of the sudden and i have to run the runweblogs manually.

is there anyway to find out what cause this and probably detect it..and we will run runweblogs automatically?

You may want to first check /var/log/chkservd.log to ensure the service for generating logs is not itself failing. Documentation for this is currently available at www.cpanel.net/support/docs/troubleshooting-guide.pdf

Additionally, ensure that you are giving the stats generation process sufficient time to execute. I know some sysAdmins create too many blackout hours causing the process to never complete and when the next stats run begins the following day, the old stats run has not yet completed causing stats to not be updated.

It's set at 12 hours.

I notice the server will stop running stats when an account reached it's max quota.
"!!! Disk Quota Threshold Met !!! dape's stats will not be processed until this is resolved.
