Stats stopped working.

Out of no where the stats program say it's: Stats program is locked out by administrator.

But I have it enabled by default in the WHM and for the user they have the ability to use the stats.

But in cpanel when you go to choose the stats program it says it's: Stats program is locked out by administrator.

Thanks, let me know if I should just put in a ticket.
