[statscheck] Stats/Server Overload on domain

I keep getting this email:

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel stats runner on domain!
While processing the log files for user obed, the cpu has been
maxed out for more then a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
this email is
20:51:48 up 3 days, 8:38, 0 users, load average: 3.83, 3.58, 3.48
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).

My server load says:

Server Load 3.50 (1 cpu)

And the CPU Usage says:

cpanel 127.95 0.08 0.0
Top Process %CPU 69.4 /usr/bin/perl /scripts/convertemails
Top Process %CPU 69.3 /usr/bin/perl /scripts/convertemails
Top Process %CPU 69.2 /usr/bin/perl /scripts/convertemails

how can I fix this issue?
