Step by step to import a 1 gig database?

    Thanks, it's a cpanel server and obviously phpmyadmin cannot import a 1 gig DB. So I was hoping for a cut and paste or basic tutorial on uploading it to root and importing it inot a already made database.

    I think this would work.
    Back it up:
    Code:
    mysqldump --opt -Q -u dwhs_dwhs -p dwhs_wrdprss[B]A[/B] > /home/dwhs/workroom/dwhs_wrdprss1.sql
    Restore it:
    Code:
    mysql -u dwhs_dwhs -p dwhs_wrdprss[B]B[/B] < /home/dwhs/workroom/dwhs_wrdprss1.sql
