To resolve the problem I was having running Mail Troubleshooter on Webhost Manager, Mr. Bdraco (administrator) suggested that I run

    /scripts/installgd

I did this, but still received the same errors when running Mail Troubleshooter
    as follows:

    Legend
    Mail Routing Error
    Filter/Alias File
    SMTP Destination

When I ran /scripts/installgd the below information was returned during my ssh session on the server, which appears to have some error that I do not comprehend.
    NEED MORE HELP AND SUGGESTIONS:

Where is libgd installed? [/usr/lib] located libgd

Please choose the features that match how libgd was built:
    Build JPEG support? [y] y
    Build FreeType support? [y] y
    Build XPM support? [y] y

If you experience compile problems, please check the @INC, @LIBPATH and @LIBS
arrays defined in Makefile.PL and manually adjust, if necessary.

    I'm having this problem.

I ran sysup and install gd gives this error. I'm using

    WHM 7.0.5
    Cpanel 7.0.5-E15
    FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE

    Removing previously used /home/.cpan/build/GD-2.07

    CPAN.pm: Going to build L/LD/LDS/GD-2.07.tar.gz

NOTICE: This module requires libgd 2.0.12 or higher.
it will NOT work with earlier versions.
See www.cpan.org for versions of GD that are compatible
    with earlier versions of libgd.

Type perl Makefile.PL -h for command-line option summary

I also have a problem with the Mail Troubleshooter. I don't get an error - but it doesn't do a trace. It will show me the first step only whether I am testing a forwarder or a POP.

    I ran the two commands:

    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/installgd

And they ran successfully, but nothing changed with the Mail Troubleshooter.

    Any ideas?

I just figured that the Mail Trace was some dumb feature that never worked. I've never seen mine do anything but list the first step, no matter what e-mail address is entered. Let me know if you actually get this to do something!
