Stop and prevent Spam ?

    First of all, sorry for my english.

    I had a problem 9 hours ago with one client who send spams. My hosting company (for my dedicated servers) suspended my server because one of my user (client) sended spam.

    Of course, I have suspended this user but now I have two question :

    1) How can I see if there is some mail from this user in queue list now with
    exim ?

    2) how can I prevent from these "attacks" ? Stop spams and not be
    suspended again by my hoster (prevent the risk).
