   1. How can stop cPanel from automatically creating the following to the DNS
   
   /whm
   /cpanel
   /webdisk
   
   2. How can I mass remove the entries that already exist?

   These are Apache aliases, not proxy domains. At this time there is no supported way to remove these aliases.
