stopped receiving cron emails

I upgraded to the latest Freebsd edge Monday. I have since stopped receiving cron e-mails for the system and root as well as other cron e-mail. I really need those e-mails b/c they are very helpful to look at. I ran /scripts updatenow and /scripts/exim4 but problem is not solved. Have any ideas what to look for?

Just happened to me also, I am using ->WHM 7.4.2 cPanel 7.4.2-R158 RedHat 7.2 - WHM X v2.1
and once I removed mailscanner + clamav the cron mail returned (not sure if it was coincedence but I saw the root mail sitting in the que timing out and and figured that was the last thing I changed, but the really strange thing is it worked fine for 2 days since the install - but then again I know cPanel has updated since then).

Weird. I have clamav and mailscanner also. I'm receiving timeout exceeded errors in the log too.

Yep, you were right. I just removed mailscanner and clamav. Cron e-mails came immediately back. It's strange b/c it was working before.

Did you just remove the mailscanner directory, how?
