That's /scripts/runlogsnow as far as I've seen.
keep in mind your CPU will go through the roof if you have sites with fairly large domlogs.

Nick,
If we stop cpanel updates in WHM &Change Update Preferences&
then backups stop running, maybe other stuff also stop working. But I'm sure about backups. If we choose to run cpanel updates in WHM, then backups start working. I spent 2 days to find this bug. Can it be fixed?
