    nick,
I would assume you had this fixed by now, but since I recently encountered this problem, I just wanted to post my solution for it.

I kept getting the forbidden problem after transferring accounts via WHM's account copier. After reading some posts, I logged into shell and went to the /home/username of each user, and used
    Code:
    chown username.nobody public_html
, replacing username for their username. Afterwards, it worked fine.

I assume this has something to do with chmodding some public_html's to 755 in order to work, while others need 750. Perhaps something with the web security protocols between transfers.
