Hi there,
I have one account on server that has bandwidth limit for 1000MB. Recently I received email from server telling me that account has exceeded the bandwidth limit.
I didn't unsuspend that account until the owner of that site contacted me. After he contacted me and I unsuspended the account, I looked on the Bandwidth statistics in Cpanel.
I'm posting picture here, so that you can see the same what I see.
On the top part of the picture you can see that domain gorizont.com.ua has used 1038 MB of bandwidth. But when I click on that domain to get more detailes, the total traffic is not even more than 100MB. This is confusing, because my client's account was suspended for 2 days and it means that Cpanel didn't count the bandwidth used by my client right.
Please, help me to solve with this problem. I don't want this to happen again.
Thanks in advance.
