Strange cPanel issue, please read.

Hello everyone, thanks for reading this. My problem is I cannot login to cPanel, WHM, or Webmail through ANY SSL ports. I have done a "lsof | grep <port#>" and no results. Nothing in any log of /var/log related to it. I have browsed google, this entire forum and contacted my provider. So now I am turning to you guys for support. This all started when I updated cPanel (via WHM). Ever since then I have had this problem, and I have tried possible solutions posted here on the forums. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

That is one of the many things I have tried, I dont get anything returned after I execute it. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I just noticed in my messages logs I am getting this when I try to run startstunnel.
