Strange email problem (POP/AR/FWD)

    I set up a pop box: helloall@domain.com
    Customer set up Auto Responder via webmail (nice new link on webmail page) for helloall@domain.com
    I set up two fowoarders for helloall@domain.com

    Pop Box works
    Auto Responder works
    Forwarder will only forward to one address then dies. Will not forward to more then one address.

    Any suggestions?

    Went in this morning and removed the auto responder, pop box and forwarders.

    Created a new pop box, orders@thedomain.com

    Created a new forwarder, orders@thedomain.com wich points to person1@thedomain.com,person2@thedomain.com. After I enter it, the two seperate forwarders show up, nice feature, never new you could add multiple forwarders with one string seperated by commas.

    When I test it, email is only sent to the first forwarder it does not send it to the second. Forwarding to multiple addresses works on the rest of my accounts. I have not set up an autoresponder for this account, so that is not causing the problem.

    Does anyone know what could cuase forwarding not to work to multiple addresses?

    PLEASE HELP!
