strange email problem

    A client tried to add a new pop3 account via cpanel and got this error:

    The e-mail account test@domain.com with the login
    Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts. and password test with a quota of 10 megs was successfully created.

    That is very strange because this is a dedicated box (domain setup as a reseller with all unlimited space, emails, bandwidth, etc).

    What could cause this?

    No guarantee but worth a shot...

    Some of the "unlimited" settings sometimes do not work as they should. Try using a number 999 instead of unlimited to see if that corrects it.
