One of our cpanel is experiencing some mail problem.
Here is the situation:
1. able to send and receive within the server (to anybody who have an account on the same server.
2. can send, with success, anywhere (inside the server and all around the world).
But can't receive any email who come from outside the server.
Here is the error message from Outlook express:

Anyone know how to resolve this problem?
