Is anyone else getting emails from CPanel that are stating that there domain is set for deactivation when they do not have an account with CPanel but have CPanel through a hosting company??

I'm rather concerned that I am being threatened by "CPanel" that my domain is about to be deactivated for non renewal.

Hi @steveo314

Does this email say that it originated from cPanel? This looks like a letter from a domain registrar indicating that the domain validation/verification steps have not been completed. This isn't an email that cPanel sends, it is possible that it's something the provider is sending as well. You can view the header information to see where the email originated from in Gmail by clicking the drop-down on the right-hand side of the screen when viewing the email then click "show source". If you could, post that here but remove any of your domain/server's identifying information.

Thank you,
