Strange Errors inside of cPanel

The first error happens when we login to the customers /cpanel as root, the second is logging in as the customer. If anybody has any ideas we would be thankful.

Try running /scripts/checkperlmodules to see if that resolves these issues. If not, try /scripts/upcp --force

If both fail to resolve this issue, please let me know.
