Strange mailbox error

    Hello,

    were getting this error on one of our customer's POP accounts:

    Code:
    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software (Exim).
    
    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
    
      [email]sales@privacyaffiliates.com[/email]
        Disk quota exceeded:
        mailbox is full: retry timeout exceeded
    


    I have checked the mailbox, the inbox is a 0 and the quota is set to 10MB's why would Exim be kicking this back??

    Check the disk usage for the entire site. If the site is over quota it also won't be able to deliver mail.

    YES.. just as I received your reply message, I was checking the account overall disc quota.... that was exacly it!

    I kicked them up 5MB's and all is well now.. mail is working properly.

    I'm having the same problem but disk quote for this account is not exceeded (neither in WHM or the pop3 account) and it still happens.
