Hi all, just got a new cpanel server :), however I'm kinda stuck on one particular issue and this is:

    http://my-domain-here.com/~user

Where "my-domain.com" is the URL being used in DNS for my box. If I put /~user on the end it shold show the users directory shouldn't it?

What actually happens is it errors out and shows

    "Bad Gateway
    The following error occurred:
A DNS lookup error occurred. The host was not found. "

Now this is fairly obvious because the URL in the browser, shows the short hostname:

    http://server/~user/

So it looks to me like a DNS issue on the main hostname URL.

    If I do this:

http://my-domain-here.com/~user/ <-- note the trailing slash, it works just fine.

Any ideas from you kind people please :) I'm stuck.
