strange problem with account setup

Hi All,

Yesterday I created a new account under our dedicated server cPanel WHM

Now whenever I upload anything to this account/ domain nothing happens/appears under it ....example when I try to access the domain through any browser the index.html page does not get changed even if I press refresh, clear cache or even test on another machine.

So can someone please tell me what might be wrong here and how I can fix it?

P.S. The domain is not new and I've already defined its DNS in the domain registrar long time ago.
