strange problem

Half the stats in whm are in red.

Done:

upcp --force
service chkservd restart (numerous times)
recompile apache
restarted cpanel, exim, eximstats, named

Lights still in red including

antirelayd
eximstats
named
postgresql
mailscanner


Odd enough, all these are in fact up

Using stable cpanel 10x, centos 4.3

More strange issues:

root@host [/tmp]# ls -lh
/bin/ls: invalid option -- h
Try `/bin/ls --help' for more information.

Also, CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage is blank (no stats)

Clicking Show Current CPU Usage shows blank also
