Strange SFTP problem with one account

I am running WHM 11.25.0

This issue seems to be happening on just one hosted account.

If the user logs in via FTP everything is OK and the user is restricted to his own /home/cpanelusername ( folder )

However when same user logs in via SFTP then the user is able to navigate to the other folders like / and /usr etc

Why is it that its happening to only this specific user and how can this be corrected such that even on SFTP the user is restricted to its own folder.

Note that this account was created on the server using cpanel server 2 server transfer , if that helps.

My mistake
This issue actually affects all the cpanel created accounts . Cpanel confirms that its a limitation of the current design.

Lets hope something happens in future to secure this further.
