Strange very HIGH CPU usage

    Dear Experts please help me on this strange behaviour ,

    in the last three days , my server have a pike of CPU usage , 7 to 10 times per day , it reaches 10 and then few minutes down back to less then 1% , but i dont really find what is the cause , hereafter top during the pike :

    I would bet on high I/O
    so check slow queries in mysql log

    I dont think it is IO issue , as you see in above result TOP , the IO % is very small for dfferent disks.
