First thing I notice that I hate is that god for saken http://layer1.cpanel.net/ChangeLog.cgi?output=html bull. Its so mixed up. I think that needs to be fixed first. Another thing I would like to see is a Skin Tutorial or atleast all the codes for us to make skins. Thats about all. I'm not a big wanter. LOL. Get em fixed and i'll be alright :)

Not really problems but would like to see improvements to the http://layer1.cpanel.net/ChangeLog.cgi?output=html page. Atleast where it will show whut the release is eg. Beta, Edge etc. Also keep the releases in order. No 8 then 6 then 7 then 8 again. Know whut I mean?

Skins. We all need that. We want to make our own skins too dammit!

Thank you cPanel. You've made my life much much easier. :)

    they are in order :P

    it goes by build #...

Every time bdraco does another build... the build # goes up... say he makes the edge build and its #5 .. then the Current Build is gonna be #6 etc... then he might go back to Edge and make another build.. then jump to Release and make a build

Everything is in order as it should be :P so quit your ranting lol :P

Actually, it isn't in order... Example:

    Code:
    9.9.1 (build 16) Sat Oct 9 14:47:38 2004

reactivate license files when logging into whm if they are unactivated

    9.9.1 (build 8) Fri Oct 8 18:49:49 2004

resolve problems with LOAD DATA LOCAL

Make sure IO::Tty is installed (prevents account transfers from breaking)

       /scripts/perlinstaller IO::Tty

       will do the same

    9.9.1 (build 11) Fri Oct 8 23:29:39 2004

    php 4.3.9

    9.9.1 (build 12) Fri Oct 8 23:33:23 2004

make sure /var/cpanel/mainips is readable so users can determine if they have
    a dedicated ip address

    9.9.1 (build 7) Fri Oct 8 18:49:39 2004

See, it jumped. It was actually worse than that. I would like it to be more updated with the current build not just with a number. I think it would simplify things alot for the customers. I always go to layer2.cpanel.net to see whut the most current build is to upgrade. So yea...

Yes, it jumped, but if you look at the times you will note the releases have been released in order. It is just a changelog.

It is the only chance we have for keeping up with the constant development of cPanel.

Thank you SarcNBit. With as many releases as cPanel puts out daily we need some a changelog that actually informs us of changes. Not just one change or 2 changes but all of them and they need to show if its a RELEASE, STABLE, CURRENT or EDGE. Don't you all think that it would be easier to know whut the heck to upgrade to?
