stunnel / centos / cpanel

I had this issue as well.

I would suggest rebuilding stunnel from the source located in
/usr/local/cpanel/src/3rdparty/gpl/stunnel-4.15,

After done reset the cpanel cluster cert etc...

once done run

/usr/local/cpanel/startup to run Stunnel.
