It appear on control panel but when I try to access sub domain web site it not working.

I'm looking up on DNS zone I can't see sub domain after I try to added.

Addon, parked and subdomains rely on DNS. If DNS has not yet fully propagated, you may not be able to access the sites. It can take up to 72 hours for DNS to fully propagate (though nowadays it's much faster than it used to be).

    Hi!

I have the same issue with subdomains.
No DNS record is being created - everything else is fine.I need to manually add
the DNS record now and that works ok.

    WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-S16999
    CENTOS Enterprise 5 x86_64 - WHM X v3.1.0

I did a upcp --force but it did not help!

No, I mean "DNS Zone" not added after create sub domain.

It's look like not automatic create DNS zone. I must create manually DNS Zone.

After I create manually DNS Zone the site will working immediately.

    Anyone please help me.

    Thanks

I'd recommend submitting a support ticket with your cPanel licensing provider so someone can have a look at why that may not be working properly on that server.

addon domain working now but sub domain not working.

This's respond from my cPanel provider

    --------------------------------------------
    Hello:

this is not our area of support as it seems to be user errors. But, try deleting the subdomain and readding it into your DNS correctly.

    I have a similar problem:

When someone is adding a addondomain or a subdomain, it adds it, creates them in httpd.conf but:

-doesen't add the directory for it
-it sets /home/user/public_html/ instead of /home/user/public_html/directory/ at the subdomain or the addon domain making the broswer to access domain.com instead of subdomain.domain.com or the addon domain.

If I create the directory and modify in httpd.conf and restart it, it's working fine...

    Any sugestions ?

Edit: It seems the problem is with the x theme from cpanel after the last update (If you use x3 it's working fine)

    The same problem

I added subdomains with no problem since now when:
-I create a new subdomain in cpanel
-in public_html I havent found the new subdomain
-I created manually mysubdomain folder in public_html, and i upload an index.html file in this folder
OK, no I tried to check up in the browser what happen:
    - www.mydomain.com/mysubdomain is ok, I can see my index page
-www.mysubdomain.mydomain.com doesnt work: it seems that i acces a folder with no index file

Sorry for my very bad english

Since now, when I create a new subdomain, I havent any problem with propagation...
