    Hi,

We have a newly setup the server....when I add the sub-domain it adds require entry in the DNS file of that domain..but when we tries to access the subdomain it is not working...However, it works fine with sub-folder.

How can I resolve this issue?

    Thanks,

    Shane G.

Manual editing of DNS entries should not be needed to get subdomains and domains to function on the server. Try removing the subdomain and re-adding it to have cPanel/WHM generate the needed DNS entries for you. If that doesn't work, feel welcome to let our technical analysts take a look at things for you: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
