I have full access to my cpanel
i can make a subdomain and an a ftp to let the user in..

    my question is

how would i give that subdomain user their own cpanel access?? to just their account?
and give them say 5 email addresses?
i have seen some game hosting companies that do this
and was wondering how its done?

example the user can cpanel into the same ip port log in
and see a complete cpanel set up just for their subdomain
and have access to email and to add sql databases etc..

With only cPanel access you can't. If you had WHM access (Reseller account), you'd just create an account using the subdomain. Look at http://scripts.freemans-web.com cP Account Creator. It will allow creation of a subdomain, database, ftp, and email account for users as well as provide a control panel to manage their account.
